PULSE+ BILLING

Simple annual access. Clear control.

Pulse+ is a recurring $9.99 annual membership processed securely by Stripe.

Effective July 27, 2026

Price and renewal

Pulse+ costs $9.99 per year unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase. Your membership renews automatically each year using the payment method on file until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

What Pulse+ includes

Pulse+ unlocks the Run Wave Tracker, complete daily count history and season comparisons, all researched access guides and directions, smart arrival recommendations, enhanced tide opportunity guidance, and other paid planning tools identified inside the app. Core safety, regulation, source-status, fish-identification, raw tide, and limited public-access information remain available without payment.

Canceling

You may cancel anytime from Account > Manage billing in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the end of the current paid period. Deleting an account also attempts to cancel any associated Stripe subscription before removing the account.

Refunds

Payments are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for unused time. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, service failures, and refund rights required by law. Submit a request through the support page with the email address used for purchase. Do not include full card or bank numbers.

Promotional access

Valid promotional codes may grant free Pulse+ access for the duration shown when redeemed. A promotional grant does not start a paid subscription or automatically charge a payment method. Codes may have redemption limits and may not be resold.

Payment processor

Stripe processes web and direct-download payments. Kenai River Pulse does not store full card numbers. Purchases made through a future app-store edition may instead be governed by that store's billing and refund process.
